Why You Absolutely Need A Private Investigator

Were you were charged with a crime, named in a lawsuit, or involved in a dispute? A private investigator is brought to assist your lawyers with operational field work: locating witnesses, investigating leads, conducting interviews, surveillance and strategizing.  A client hires an investigator as a prudent reaction to something that has already occurred.

Why You Absolutely Need A Private Investigator

There are many reasons why one would need to hire a private investigator (PI). For most people, an investigator becomes a necessity after you have hired an attorney. This usually implies something bad has happened and/or something serious needs to handled. This could be because you were arrested, named party to a lawsuit, were involved in a dispute or any multitude of reasons.

Bring a private investigator in to assist your lawyers with whatever operational field work needs to be done.

Private Investigators And

Risk Management

Private investigators are even more valuable to a client BEFORE anything bad happens. Many of the top public companies, private businesses and wealthy families, retain private investigation firms to help reduce incidents and manage risk of their normal operations.

For the same reason a Fortune 500 company retains a firm to conduct a threat assessment and create a security plan, an individual or family retains a private investigator to mitigate threats and pre-plan countermeasures to reduce potential harm or damage.

Our firm also provides security consulting services. This is the basis for all proper security plans and the foundation of thorough, investigative work.

Why You Need This:

“I Am NOT A Celebrity Why Do I Need This?”

It is not necessary to have a high profile or be a public figure to need a private investigator.

In fact, public figures already have a PI firm retained FULL-TIME to handle threats and security on a regular basis. Celebrities already expect that problem fans, media, criminals are all a part of the game.

Companies know there will be issues with personnel. Public figures know that some of their positions and policies will bring hate and stalkers. The list goes on.

The reality is that if you have assets, loved ones, business interests or generally anything of value, you are vulnerable.

“WHY? BECAUSE WE ALL

FACE THE SAME RISKS.”

The truth is that unless you have implemented a complete security plan that addresses the likely threats, you are vulnerable to any number of scenarios such as:

  • Violence to your person and/or your home.

  • Theft of valuables; cash, jewels, art, collectibles etc.

  • Financial scams; embezzlement of funds, identity theft, unknown loans and lines of credit.

  • Fraud from false allegations; domestic violence, assault, sexual harassment or non-consensual intimate relations.

  • Insurance fraud; staged accidents, false injuries etc.

  • Blackmail from love interests, estranged family members, ex-BF/GF, unknown subjects,

    employees.

  • Privacy violations – revenge porn, family secrets, sensitive subjects.

  • Harassment / Stalking – unending paranoia, anxiety.

  • False accusations leading to criminal charges – arrest, jail time.

  • Irreparable damage - financial hardship, loss of security clearances, reputation, career etc.

Any one of the aforementioned scenarios could be devastating without the proper preparation. Fortunately, we have a solution. We call it a PSP.

Establish your expectations up front

Hiring a PI can be a little intimidating as the cost of getting professional help can be substantial.

Be aware that in some cases, these costs cannot be pre-determined. An example of this would be a skip-trace on an evading witness. The client should be aware of their budget caps and determine at what time no further action would be required.
